abstract PURPOSE: To prevent various germs from being increased by giving a handy means for enhancing water-purifying effect sufficiently, and by eliminating residual water at the time of unusing it. n CONSTITUTION: A cock pipe body 1 with a transparent aperture 5 composed on the way is filled up with a network bag 6 containing ceramics grain bodies 7, and a scale plate 10 for displaying the degree of rotation with the knob 9 of a valve 8 with said pipe body 1 connected to is put on. By such a method, water is not left in the pipe body 1 at the time of unusing it, and so various germs are not generated. The ceramics grain bodies 7 in the pipe body 1 can be observed from the aperture 5, and so an exchanging time with discoloration or the like can be certainly known about.
