abstract PURPOSE: To improve a defect such as discoloration brought about by the reaction of a basic curing catalyst and an UV absorber in a coating compsn. to which the basic curing catalyst and the UV absorber are added. n CONSTITUTION: A compsn. consists of a binder (A), a basic curing catalyst (B) and o-hydroxyphenyl-A-triazine (C) being a stabilizer.
