abstract | PURPOSE: To readily produce an organopolysiloxane extremely reduced in residual alkoxy group in a short time using an organopolysiloxane containing alkoxy group bonded to alkoxysilane and/or silicon atom. n CONSTITUTION: The producing method characterized by treating an organopolysiloxane containing an alkoxy group bonded to an alkoxysilane and/or silicon atom in the presence of an alkali catalyst and aprotic polar solvent and producing method characterized by (A) treating an organopolysiloxane containing an alkoxy group bonded to alkoxysilane and/or silicon atom in the presence of an alkali catalyst and aprotic polar solvent, (B) discharging the produced alcohol out of the system, (C) adding water thereto to treat the organopolysiloxane, (D) discharging the produced alcohol out of system and (E) as necessary repeating operations of the above-mentioned (C) and (D) by desired times. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio |
