abstract |
PURPOSE: To inexpensively produce an integrated laminated structure using a polyolefin base material and a low density thermosetting plastic material like a polyurethane foam as a cover layer. CONSTITUTION: The surface of a low density polyolefin plastic material is heated by a flame to decompose the pupal-like component on the surface of the plastic material and an oxide forming substance is removed from the surface of the plastic material and, after the surface heated by the flame of the plastic material is cooled, the isocyanate applied surface of the polyolefin plastic material is placed in a mold so as to partially prescribe the cavity part of the mold and a thermosetting plastic component containing an isocyanate is injected into the cavity of the mold so as to form a plastic body on the isocyanate applied surface of the polyolefin plastic material to bond the inner surfaces of both of the polyolefin plastic material and the thermosetting plastic layer on the spot and the bonded polyolefin plastic material and the thermosetting plastic layer are detached from the mold to obtain a composite laminate. |
