titleOfInvention External preparation
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain an external preparation low irritant to the skin, extremely high in the safety to human health by formulating a protease-inhibitory compound in a pressure-sensitive polymer material layer laminated on a sheet- or tape-like substrate. n CONSTITUTION: The objective external preparation can be obtained by formulating (A) a pressure-sensitive polymer material layer laminated on a sheet- or tape-like substrate with (B) 0.0001-20 (pref. 0.001-5.0) wt.% of a protease inhibitor, e.g. a compound of animal or plant origin (e.g. aprotinin), a compound of microbial origin (e.g. antipain), benzamidine, acetamide. Additional incorporation of a polyoxyalkylenemodified organopolysiloxane of formula I, II, III or IV (R is 1-3C alkyl or phenyl; R' is H or 1-12C alkyl; p is 1-5; q is 2 or 3; m is 5-100; n and x are each 1-50) and/or carboxyvinyl polymer will result in more enhanced effect. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
