titleOfInvention Ultraviolet crosslinking hot-melt type adhesive composition
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition, composed of a specific synthetic rubber component, an acryloyl group-containing saturated hydrocarbon-based oligomer and a photopolymerization initiator and capable of improving heat resistance and thermal stability in coating without damaging disks. n CONSTITUTION: The objective hot-melt adhesive composition is composed of (A) a synthetic rubber component prepared by polymerizing isobutylene and/or isoprene, (B) a saturated hydrocarbon-based oligomer such as hydrogenated polybutadiene having acryloyl groups in one molecule and (C) a photopolymerization initiator such as benzoin isopropyl ether. Furthermore, the aforementioned component (B) is blended in an amount of preferably 5-100 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. synthetic rubber component and the component (C) is blended in an amount of preferably 0.5-20 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. component (B). n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
