abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain the title cosmetic simply and surely removing a hair dyeing agent from skin without damaging and irritating skin, comprising ≥ specific amounts of a specific alcohol and a specific inorganic salt as essential component by setting pH ≤ a specific value. n CONSTITUTION: (A) 2-4C lower alcohol and/or polyhydric aliphatic alcohol, especially ethanol is blended with (B) an inorganic salt such as NaCl, KCl, CaCl 2 or Na 2 SO 4 in an amount to dissolve ≥0.5wt.% in this cosmetic as indispensable components, in a weight ratio of preferably ≥20wt.% component A and 0.5-20wt.% component B, and the system thereof is adjusted to pH ≤7 to give a cosmetic of simply and surely removing a hair dyeing agent and wiping off the hair dyeing agent without damaging and irritating the skin in attaching a hair dyeing agent, especially an acidic hair dyeing agent to a body part such as hands and a head part and causing the dyeing. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio |
