titleOfInvention Remedy for hyperkalemia, hyperlipidemia, deramatopathy or the like
abstract PURPOSE: To provide the subject remedy containing fine edible fibers, etc., as the main components and capable of lowering serum potassium value and serum phosphorus value, improving hyperlipidemia, dissolving headache, stiff shoulder, acne and hives, increasing vitamin content in blood and improving hemorrhoids. n CONSTITUTION: An objective remedy containing fine edible fibers or fine edible fibers and oligosaccharides as the main components. In addition, a fine cellulose is preferably used as the fine edible fibers and the fine cellulose can be obtained in the form of powder by hydrolyzing a raw material such as natural pulp, linter or bagasse using a mineral acid, further mechanically pulverizing the resultant hydrolyzed material as necessary, water washing and drying the pulverized material. As the above-mentioned fine cellulose, one having ≥95wt.% α-cellulose content, ≥95% hydrolysis yield and 5-50μm maximum grain size and containing no electrolyte such as K, Na, Mg or P and no calorific component such as carbohydrate is preferable. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
