titleOfInvention Interior material for vehicle and manufacture thereof
abstract PURPOSE:To upgrade bonding properties and shaping properties of a surface material and a rear material with a foamed layer by using the surface material composed of a polyolefin foamed sheet and a skin material laminated together integrally and the rear material of breathing properties composed of a part of organization of hard urethane foam of a base material layer impregnated and solidified. CONSTITUTION:A solvent type bonding agent composed of polyurethane resin is applied to a corona discharge treated polypropylene foamed sheet 2 and a skin material 1 is laminated thereon, and a surface material 3 thus manufactured is set in a manner of being brought into contact with a mold face of a bottom mold 5. On the other hand, a glass fiber nonwoven cloth as a rear material 8 is set on a top force 7. It is preferable to set in a manner that the top force 7 is in the range of 50-120 deg.C and that the surface material temperature of the bottom force 5 is in the range of 30-60 deg.C. Then, hard urethane foam raw liquid is discharged from a spray gun 9 onto the surface material 3 of the bottom force 5, and the top force 7 is lowered for mold clamping and the hard urethane foam is cured after pressing, and then released. The surface material 3, a base layer 11 and the rear material 8 are integrated completely, and a product shaped accurately along the mold face is manufactured by the arrangement.
