titleOfInvention Resin composition and laminated film
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition, composed of a charge-transfer type combination prepared by reacting semipolar organoboron bonds having specific recurring units with an amino compound, capable of imparting antistatic properties and easy adhesion and useful for packaging applications, etc. n CONSTITUTION: The objective composition is composed of a charge-transfer type combination which is a semipolar organoboron bond-containing polyester, composed of recurring units expressed by formulas I and/or II (R 1 and R 2 are polyester residue having 300-10000 molecular weight) and containing part or all of the aforementioned semipolar organoboron bonds reacted with an amino compound. Furthermore, the polyester expressed by formula I is preferably obtained by reacting, e.g. a polyester having 1,2-glycol bonds at both terminals with at least one boron compound selected from boric acid, boric acid triesters and boric anhydride. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
