titleOfInvention | Crystalline copper silicate and it production |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain the crystalline copper silicate having a ZSM-5 like structure and in which desired amts. of copper and alkaline-earth metals are highly dispersed in the crystal by forming the copper silicate from the org. mineralizer, alkaline-earth metal oxides, alumina, copper oxide and silica in a specified molar ratio and allowing the copper silicate to exhibit a specified X-ray diffraction diagram in its uncalcined state. n CONSTITUTION: An org. mineralizer, tetrapropylammonium compd., alkaline-earth metal source, Cu source, Al source, Si source, OH ion source and water are mixed in the molar ratios of SiO 2 /CuO=20 to 3000, alkaline-earth metal oxide/ CuO=0.05 to 10, Al 2 O 3 /CuO=0 to 2, OH - /SiO 2 =0.04 to 0.40, H 2 O/SiO 2 =15 to 100 and mineralizer/SiO 2 =0.02 to 1.0. The mixture is heated at 90-230°C to obtain the crystalline copper silicate having the powder X-ray diffraction diagram and having the composition of aR 2 O.bMO.cAl 2 O 3 .CuO.dSiO 2 (0<b≤10, 0≤c≤2, 20(c+1)≤d≤3000, 0≤a≤d/40, R is an org. mineralizer, and M is an alkaline-earth metal). n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio |
