titleOfInvention | Electrophotographic sensitive material |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain atom sensitive material effective to LED light and semiconductor laser beams by letting a carrier transport layer contain polycarbonates having a specifically composed structural unit as a major repeating unit. n CONSTITUTION: A carrier generating layer whose main peaks of a Bragg angle 2θ against Cu-Ka characteristic X-ray (1.54Å in wave length) are at least, at 9.6±0.2° and 27.2±0.2°. And furthermore, sensitive material includes a carrier transport layer 3 containing polycarbonates which have a structural unit indicat ed by a formula (I) or a formula (II) as a major repeating unit. In this case, in the formula (I) and the formula (II), R 1 and R 2 represent hydrogen atom and alkyl groups whose number of carbons is 1 through 6. And R 3 , R 4 , R 5 and R 6 and R 7 , R 8 , R 9 and R 10 represent hydrogen atom, methyl groups, chlorine atom and bromine (100% hydrogen excluded). This thereby enables the sensitive material to be obtained, which is excellent in sensitivity, electric charging capac ity, potential stability and mechanical durability. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio |
