titleOfInvention Photosensitive resin composition and lamination using it
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a photosensitive resin composition excellent in sensitivity and plating bath contamination properties by putting a specific compound serving as a photopolymerization initiator or a photopolymerization initiator type component in the composition. n CONSTITUTION: A polymer containing carboxyl group and providing film properties, a copolymerizible vinyl compound, an organic halogen compound, and a compound expressed by the formula as a photopolymerization initiator or a photopolymerization initiator type component are contained in a photosensitive resin composition. As the polymer containing carboxyl group and providing film properties, methacrylic acid or a copolymer of acrylic acid alkyl ester and methacrylic acid is used. As the organic halogen compound, one which readily librates halogen radical at the application of active rays of light or through chain transfer is desirable and is preferably mixed in the range 0.1 to 5.0 parts by weight for the total of 100 parts by weight of the composition. The photopolymerization initiator is preferably mixed in the range 0.03 to 20 parts by weight for the total of 100 parts by weight of the composition. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
