abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain an agricultural and horticultural germicide, containing a mixture of 1,2,4-triazole derivative with an organocopper germicide such as auxin copper as an active ingredient and especially effectively used for controlling powdery mildew of cucumber, cercospora leaf spot of beet, etc., in which resistant germs appear in a small amount of chemical. n CONSTITUTION: An agricultural and horticultural germicide containing a mixture of a compound expressed by the formula (Xn is ≤2 halogens or lower alkyls; Yn is ≤2 halogens) with at least one selected from auxin copper, copper nonylphenolsulfonate, bis(dodecylbenzenesulfonate)bis(ethylenediamine) copper complex salt and copper terephthalate as active ingredient. The aforementioned germicide is capable of exhibiting high control effects on cercospora leaf spot of beet, anthracnose, downy mildew and powdery mildew of grape, powdery mildew, downy mildew, black spot and anthracnose of cucumbers, late blight of potato and tomato, rust of Welsh onion, etc., without any phytotoxicity. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio |
