abstract PURPOSE:To improve the yield and to suppress the material loss, while the separation defect at the interface between skin and urethane by providing the regulation mechanism of mold-clamping pressure which may regulate the mold-clamping pressure in the molding process. CONSTITUTION:The skin 20 formed into a prescribed shape is set on the molding face 10a of a bottom force 10 and a formed inserting core 21 is set in temporally fixing on the molding face of a top force 13. Then, the bottom force 10 is set at the upper limit-position by a hydraulic cylinder 16. After urethane resin liquid has been injected into the bottom force 10, the top force 13 is turned, and the bottom force 10 and the top force 13 are clamped, and then the hook 14 for mold-clamping is engaged with a fixing part 15, whereby the clamping operation is achieved. The reaction of urethane resin liquid is started, and simultaneously the cavity is filled with urethane resin liquid by foaming gas, and then the curing reaction is accelerated, whereby the pressure on the molding face is raised. After prescribed time has elasped, the bottom force 10 is lowered by operating the hydraulic cylinder and the foaming gas is discharged. The top force 13 is opened, and the instrument pad made integrally with the skin layer 20, an inserting core 21 and urethane foaming layer 22 is released from the mold.
