abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain an epoxy curing agent which can give a cured product excellent in heat resistance, moistureproofness and electrical properties at a high reaction rate by using a specified hydroxycarboxylic acid (ester) as the main component. n CONSTITUTION: This curing agent mainly consists of a hydroxycarboxylic acid (ester of formula I[wherein Ar 1 to Ar 3 are each a benzene skeleton, a naphthalene skeleton or a skeleton of formula II (wherein X is a direct bond, O, S, SO 2 , CO or 1-3C alkylidene) provided that each of these skeletons may be substituted with halogen or 1-5C alkyl, and the total of the carbon atoms of Ar 1 to Ar 3 is 20 or below; R 1 and R 2 are each H or 1-10C alkyl; (q) is 0-20; and (l), (m) and (n) are each 1-3]. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio |
