titleOfInvention Antistatic sweat absorbing polyester cloth having excellent endurance
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain an antistatic and sweat-absorbing polyester cloth having excellent endurance even at low temperature and humidity by applying a specific block polymer to a polyester fiber cloth containing a core-sheath type polyester conjugate fiber using a polyester containing specific two components as a core component at a specific amount. n CONSTITUTION: ≥0.5wt.% treating agent consisting of a block copolymer having a polyoxyalkylene unit is applied to a polyester fiber cloth containing ≥10wt.% core-sheath type conjugate fiber obtained by using a polyester containing 1-10wt.% insoluble polyoxyethylene based polyether expressed by the formula (Z is organic compound residue having 1-6 active hydrogen and ≤300 molecular weight; R 1 is ≥6C alkylene; R 2 is H or 1-40C monovalent hydrocarbon; k is 1-6; l is number satisfying the formula k×l≥70; m is ≥1) and having 5000-16000 molecular weight and using 0.1-5wt.% organic sulfonic acid salt compound as a sheath component and subjecting the both components to conjugate spinning to provide the polyester cloth rich in antistatic and sweat-absorbing properties and endurance. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
