abstract PURPOSE: To discharge raw liquid in the comparatively wide range, foam in the positions in the wide range, uniformize the filling of a foamed heat-insulating material and prevent an unfilled section from generating by varying a throttle of an injection head continuously and also varying the discharge speed of the raw liquid of the foamed heat-insulating material. n CONSTITUTION: Two liquids from an introduction tube 8 for a main agent and an introduction tube 9 for a curing agent are collided each other and agitated at high speed in a mixing chamber 10 and discharged out of a nozzle 11 as the raw liquid of liquid urethane foam by an injection head 7 for injecting raw liquid into the bottom face side of an intermediate section 4. A throttle 12 of the nozzle 11 is varied continuously by driving a unit 13 and discharged in the wide range by the variation of discharge speed of the raw liquid of a foaming heat insulating agent 5. The raw liquid, therefore, is discharged in the comparatively wide range of a bottom face side central section 14 in a space 4 and foaming is carried out respectively from the discharged positions, which shortens the distance flowing to respective terminal sections, uniformizes the filling of the foamed heat insulating material 5 and prevents an unfilled section from generating. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
