abstract PURPOSE: To improve the adhesion by previously irradiating the surface of a molded form with ultraviolet rays having a specific wavelength before the molded form having a methyl methacrylate polymer and a composition having an acrylic and/or methacrylic resin are brought into contact. n CONSTITUTION: When a plastic component such as a projection type screen for television and optical components such as a Fresnel lens, a lens, an optical disk substrate, a diffraction grating, etc., are manufactured, they are produced in such a manner that the surface of a molded form having a methyl methacrylate polymer is irradiated previously with ultraviolet rays having a wavelength of 400nm or less, the molded form and a composition having an acrylic and/or a methacrylic resin are brought into contact, and said composition is cured through light irradiation. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
