titleOfInvention | Forming device of toy body |
abstract | PURPOSE: To easily make a thick three-dimensional molded product and utilize this molded product as an ornament or toy by providing partitioning members for partitioning into two or more in the molding part of a female die, and putting a powdery molding material which is soled when water is poured thereon and solidified when dried into the molding part from which the partitioning members are removed, and successively solidifying the material. n CONSTITUTION: In the state where partitioning members 22, 23, 24, 25 except a partitioning member 21 are fitted to the molding part 13 of a female die 1, a molding material is put in the position of the partitioning member 21, water in a flask 4 is poured thereon, whereby the molding material 31 is allowed to react with this water, soled and impasted, and when it is dried and solidified, a molding part A1 is formed. Then the partitioning member 22 is removed, a molding material 32 is put in this molding part 13, and the water in the flask 4 is poured thereon, whereby the molding material 32 is similarly soled and impasted, and when it is dried and solidified, a molding part A2 is formed, which is integrally formed continuously to the molding part A1. The same work is repeated to form molding parts A3, A4, A5, and as the whole, an integrated molded product A having a form of flog is completed in the female die 1. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio |
