PURPOSE: To obtain high sensitivity and durability by incorporating a hydrazone component which contains a specific enamine group into a photosensitive layer. n CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive layer, which has an electrically conductive substrate containing a hydrazone compound containing an enamine group represented by a formula I, is formed. In the formula I, A and B represent hydrogen, an alkyl group that may contain a substituent group, an alkyl group that may contain a substituent group, or a heterocyclic group that may contain a substituent group. However, the case where both A and B are hydrogen or an alkyl group is excluded. A' represents an alkyl group that may contain a substituent group or a heterocyclic residue that may contain a substituent group, while R and R' represent an alkyl group, hydrogen, or an alkyl group that may contain a substituent group.
