abstract PURPOSE: To easily provide the subject seasoning liquid, which can season the usual staple food and subordinate food while being mixed and can be eaten as home-made herb medicine food without much labor, by using herb medicine food materials such as gastrodial tuber as starting materials, extracting these materials in water and condensing them later. n CONSTITUTION: The herb medicine food material selected out of gastrodial tuber, Rehmarnia glutinosa, Polygonatum falcatum, Meliotus officinalis, polugoni multifllori radix, Eulyale ferox, Angelica acutiloba, Polygonatum multiflorum, Cirsium spp, eucommiae cortex, Psoralea corylifolia, adenophorae radix, Pseudostellaria heterophylla, Codonopsis pilosula, Salvia mitiorhija, Scrophularia ningpoensis, griseng radix, Panax notoginseng, Cordyceps sinensis, Cervi Parvum Cothu, lycii fructus, hyacinth bean, Coix Ma-Yuen Romar, Fritillaria Thunbergii Mig, Eclipta prostrata, mume fructus, Schizandra chinensis, Carthamus tinctorius, plantago asiatica, Cirsiirhizoma etradix, Amsonia tebernemountana, Raphanus sativus, Atractylodes japonica and Glycyrrhiza uralenis are used as the starting materials, these materials are extracted in water and condensed later, the condensed liquid is provided and by using the condensed liquid, the target seasoning liquid is provided. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO
