titleOfInvention Medicine composition for prevention and treatment of clostridium defficile diarrhea and pseudomembranous colitis
abstract PURPOSE:To obtain the title medicine composition consisting of bacterial cell or spore of butyric acid an Vancomycin, shortened in administration of antibacterial agent and capable of preventing relapse. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition consisting of bacterial body or spore of butylic acid, preferably Clostridium butyricum and Vancomycin antibacterial agent. Abnormally proliferated Clostridium difficile is sterilized by Vancomycin and germination and proliferation of spore of residual Clostridium difficile is prevented by taking dried bacterium powder containing daily dose of about 10<9>CFU/kg of spore of butylic acid bacterium.
