titleOfInvention Manufacture of resin molded body with shielding layer
abstract PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembling of circuit substrate and electronic components by 8 method wherein shielding material, on which tongue pieces are produced by lancing at positions corresponding to projections and folded back to the face opposite to the resin molded body side, is temporarily fixed onto the cavity face of one mold so as to be molded and, after molding, the tongue pieces are raised so as to cover the area ranging from the side to the top face of the projections. CONSTITUTION:In aluminum foil 12, tongue pieces 12a are produced by lancing in the U-shape at positions, at which the projections of a resin molded body are formed and folded back by 180 deg.. In a mold 22A, recesses 23 for forming the projections on the inner surface of the resin molded body are formed and, in addition, the openings developed by the folding back of the tongue pieces 12a are set to register with the recesses 23. In the other mold 22B, pins 24, each of which enters the central part of the recess 23, are protrusively provided. After the aluminum foil 12 is set in the molds, the molds 22A and 22B are closed together. When injection molding is performed by pouring molten resin in a cavity, the aluminum foil 12 is lined on the whole inner surface excluding the projections 13 so as to obtain a resin molded body 11 with shielding layer having the projections 13, in each of which a ho].e for a self-tapping screw is formed. By raising the tongue pieces 12a so as to cover the area ranging from the side to the top face of the projections in order to be pasted to the projections, a resin molded body 14 with shielding layer is completed.
