titleOfInvention Removing of protein derived from escherichia coli
abstract PURPOSE: To efficiently remove a protein derived from Escherichia coli by bringing an aqueous solution containing the protein derived from Escherichia coli into contact with a phenyl group-bonding resin. n CONSTITUTION: A gene-recombination process is performed using Escherichia coli as a host to obtain an aqueous solution (C) of protein containing a protein (A) derived from Escherichia coli and a gene-recombinant protein (B). Next, a solution of the component C containing 0.2-2.0 M (NH 4 ) 2 SO 4 , etc., is pressed through a phenyl group-bonding resin (E) equilibrated with a buffer solution (D) of citric acid-based, etc., at pH 4-10 to make the component A adsorbed to the component E. Then, the component D is flowed in an amount of 3-5 times of the component E to wash the component E, thus the component B is recovered from by passed fraction. Next, (NH 4 ) 2 SO 4 solution having reduced concentration is passed through the component E to which the component A is adsorbed, then the component A is eluted to remove the protein derived from Escherichia coli. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
