titleOfInvention Superconductor
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain superconductors contg. blocking layers of the same type, having satisfactory matchability with the layers and different superconductivity transition temps. and facilitating common use by firing specified copper-contg. multiple oxides. n CONSTITUTION: Powdery starting materials such as SrCO 3 , BaCO 3 , La 2 (CO 3 ) 3 .xH 2 O, CaCO 3 , Ho 2 O 3 and CuO are mixed in a prescribe ratio, pulverized, calcined at 900-950°C in the air and pulverized to obtain calcined powder. This powder is mixed with PbO, molded, fired and heat-treated under 1-400atm partial pressure of oxygen to obtain a superconductor represented by formula I or II (where αis Cu or Sr, β is an element selected among Y, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Tb and Lu, 0.4<p,u<0.6;0≤q,v<0.1;0<r,w<0.8;0≤s,z<0.2;4.5<t≤5.1 and 8.5<θ≤9.1). n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
