titleOfInvention | Complex antitumor agent |
abstract | PURPOSE: To provide a complex antitumor agent containing lymphotoxin and a guanosine 3',5'-cyclic monophosphate (cyclic GMP) derivative and exhibiting extremely excellent antitumor activity. n CONSTITUTION: The objective agent contains (A) lymphotoxin, preferably a gene recombinant lymphotoxin having the amino acid sequence of formula and (B) a cyclic GMP derivative, e.g. a cell membrane permeable dibutyryl cyclic GMP or bromocyclic GMP, or a substance having cyclic GMP inducing property such as NO derivative (e.g. sodium nitroprusside or nitroglycerin), a phosphodiesterase inhibitor (e.g. isobutylmethylxanthine or theophylline) or a phosphorylase AZ activator (e.g. transducin of GTP-bonded protein). The amount of the component B is preferably 1μM to 1M based on 1mg of the component A. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio |
