abstract | PURPOSE: To ensure a photosetting wavelength region from a visible region to the wavelength region of near IR by utilizing the synergistic effect of a photopolymn. initiator and a cyanine compd. added by proper amts. to compds. contg. radical polymerizable unsatd. groups. n CONSTITUTION: Polyethylene glycol diacrylate and dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate as compds. contg. radical polymerizable unsatd. groups are used as base materials and 0.01-20 wt.% photopolymn. initiator such as metal arene compd. represented by structural formula 1 and 0.01-10 wt.% IR absorber such ascyanine compd. represented by structural formula 6 as a wavelength sensitizer are added to the base materials to produce a photosetting comspn. When the compds. contg. radical polymerizable unsatd. groups are photoset and polymerized, a photosetting wavelength region from a visible region to a near IR region is ensured by the synergistic effect of the photopolymn. initiator and the cyanine compd. Expensive laser for visible light is made unnecessary and low-cost semiconductor laser is used. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio |
