titleOfInvention Chromatographic packing agent and separation of water-soluble organic compound by the same
abstract PURPOSE: To achieve a separation of a water-soluble compound in a wide range with high resolution in a short time by grafting a specified amine derivative on an inorganic carrier. n CONSTITUTION: An amine derivative of the formula I is heated together with an inorganic carrier which has a hydroxy group such as a silica gel, alumina gel or zirconia gel, preferably silica gel on the surface thereof with or without the presence of an organic solvent to obtain a chromatographic packing agent. The shape of the inorganic carrier is preferably fine particles with a uniform grain size. As a result, a water-soluble organic compound can be separated in a short time with high resolution in a wide range. In the formula I, R 1 , R 2 and R 3 represent alkyl with 1C-5C, hydroxylic group and halogen atom, the same or different, R 4 ω-piperidino group, ω-piperadino group or ω-molpholino group, so provided that it may have an substituted group comprising a linear or branched lower alkyl group, where n is integer of 2-10. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
