NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I [R 1 is ≥2C alkyl, aryl, substituted aryl, heteroaryl or (substituted) heteroaryl; R 2 is group shown by formula V (R 3 and R 4 are H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, or substituted aryl) or group shown by formula VI (X is direct bond, C, O or N); with the proviso that a case wherein combinations of R 3 and R 4 are H and ≤3C alkyl is omitted] and a salt thereof. n EXAMPLE: N-[3-(3,4-Dinicotinoyloxyphenyl)-propionyl]-morpholine. n USE: A medicine. A medicine for preventing development of central nervous system repressing diseases and therapeutic agent for the diseases.
