abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a magnetic recording medium having excellent durability and reliability by making a cyanamide group-containing fluorine-containing compound and a cyanamide group-containing binder into a film. n CONSTITUTION: A thin film comprising a magnetic material containing (A) a prepolymer prepared by preliminarily reacting (i) an aromatic cyanamide compound shown by formula I (A is aromatic ring. containing organic group; R is H, benzenesulfonyl or benzyl; m is 12 aromatic cyanamide compound) with (ii) an aromatic amine shown by formula II (B is aromatic ring-containing organic group, n is ≥2), (B) a compound such as epoxy compound, maleimide compound, allyl compound, etc., and (C) a cyanamide group-containing fluorine- containing compound is formed on the surface of non-magnetic base to give the objective recording medium. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
