abstract PURPOSE: To improve slipping ability and to obtain satisfactory traveling stability by providing a slip layer which is composed of a specified silicon oxide film and equipped with fine projections on the surface and providing the layer of an ionic antistatic agent in high molecular polymer structure on the opposite side of a film. n CONSTITUTION: Polyester is synthesized from an aromatic dibasic acid or ester forming derivative and a diol or its ester forming derivative. One side of this polyester film is mainly composed of the silicon oxide film formed by applying coating liquid including a reactive ethyl silicate compound and 2-40wt.% thermosetting dimethyl polysiloxane to this ethyl silicate compound. The slip layer is provided with the fine projections on the surface and the layer of the ionic antistatic agent in the high molecular structure is provided on the opposite side of the film. Thus, in comparison with a conventional slip sheet, workability is made satisfactory and traveling can be made smooth and stable. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
