titleOfInvention Stabilization of organic phosphate ester and soil injurious insect control agent containing stabilized compound as active ingredient
abstract PURPOSE: To stabilize a specific organic phosphate ester useful as a soil injurious insect control agent by adding a Michael acceptor to the organic phosphate ester to prevent a thiono-thiolo isomerization reaction. n CONSTITUTION: The stabilization of an organic phosphate ester of formula I (R 1 -R 3 are lower alkyl) [preferably O,O-diethyl O-1-(N-methoxyimino) methylphosphothiolate, O,O-diethyl O-1-(N-methoxyimino)methylphosphothiolate or O,O-diethyl O-1-(N-methoxyimino)ethylphosphothiolate) comprises adding a Michael acceptor {e.g. a compound of formula II (at least one of R 4 -R 7 is an electron-attracting group and the others are H, halogen, alkyl, phenyl, etc.,) or a compound of formula III [R 8 and R 9 are H or alkyl; X is O, S (substituted) methylene or imino]} to the organic phosphate ester. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
