titleOfInvention Dog x mouse heterohybridoma and gene fragment coding constant region of lambda chain of dog immune globulin
abstract PURPOSE: To prevent diseases of a dog by integrating cDNA of a dogimmune globulin-producing dog × mouse heterohybridoma to a manifestation vector and carrying out manifestation in host cells. n CONSTITUTION: From a poly A + RNA of a dog-immune globulin-producing dog × mouse heterohybridoma, a cRNA is synthesized and the synthesized cRNA is integrated to a manifestation vector for manifestation in host cells. Screening of the resultant transformant is carried out using an anti-dog immune globulin antibody to obtain the objective dog × mouse heterohybridoma having an L chain of the dog-immune globulin belonging to class λ in which the amino acid sequence of the N-terminus side of the first cysteine on the N-terminus side of the constant region of the polypeptide is represented by the formula (XXX is arbitrary amino acid residue). n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
