titleOfInvention Method for forming resin three-dimensional shaped article
abstract PURPOSE:To easily prepare a fine and precise shaped article by irradiating the photo-setting resin received in a container with two beams having different wavelengths so that both beams intersect at one desired point each other to cure said resin at the intersecting point and moving said intersecting point to form a three-dimensional shape. CONSTITUTION:The photo-setting resin received in a container is irradiated with two beams having different wavelengths so that both beams intersect at one desired point each other to cure the photo-setting resin at the intersecting point and this intersecting point is moved to form a three-dimensional shape. The phot-setting resin to be used has speciality in the dye mixed therewith and, as the dye acting as a photopolymerization initiator required in photo- setting, a substance accompanied by photo-isomerization, for example, azobenzene or p-aminoazobenzene is used. By this method, curing reaction is generated only at a part simultaneously irradiated with two beams and only one spatially arbitrary point can be selectively cured. By this optical operation, a cured region is moved and an arbitrary shape can be obtained.
