abstract | PURPOSE: To make measurement with high accuracy by sensitizing an antigen or antibody on the surface of liposome and sealing a hydrophilic labeling material into the liposome. n CONSTITUTION: Dicarboxylic anhydride is brought into reaction with phospholipid to prepare the carboxyacyl deriv. of the phospholipid. Water soluble carbodiimide is brought into reaction with this carboxyacyl deriv. The phospholipid carboxyacyl deriv. is introduced if the antigen or antibody is brought into reaction therewith. Further, such hydrophilic labeling material as carboxyl fluoresceine is sealed into the liposome. The antigen or antibody is sensitized to the surface of the liposome in such a manner to seal the hydrophilic labeling material into the liposome, by which the antigen and antibody in the specimen are measured with the high accuracy. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio |
