titleOfInvention Reagent for immunoassay
abstract PURPOSE: To suppress liposome dissolution phenomenon and to enhance the accuracy of measurement by inactivating the hapten group of the liposome surface. n CONSTITUTION: An antibody or antigen is fixed to the surface of the liposome essentially consisting of phospholipid, haptenized phospholipid and cholesterol to reduce and inactiviate the hapten group on the surface. Since the hapten group on the liposome surface is inactivated in such a manner, there is no liposome dissolution phenomenon non-dependent on an antigen-antibody reaction and a high marker release is eventually obtd. by using a high complement value. The measurement of the low-concn. antigen or antibody with high accuracy is thus possible. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
