abstract | PURPOSE: To make it possible to obtain a PP molding with excellent transparency when PP is compounded with the title compsn. by polymerizing 3- methyl-1-butene with a specified polymn. catalyst and then polymerizing a 2-5C linear α-olefin. n CONSTITUTION: A solid titanium catalyst component (a) contg. Mg, Ti, a halogen and an electron donor as essential component, an organoaluminum compd. catalyst component (b) and, if necessary, an electron donor (c) are compounded to obtain an olefin polymn. catalyst.
