abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a composition having high vulcanization rate and giving a vulcanized product having excellent heat-resistance, oil-resistance, etc., by compounding a specific amount of a quaternary ammonium salt or a quaternary phosphonium salt to an acrylic rubber containing epoxy group and cyanoalkyl ester group. n CONSTITUTION: The objective composition is produced by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. of an acrylic rubber composed of (A 1 ) 30-99.8wt.% of an alkyl acrylate or alkoxyalkyl acrylate, (A 2 ) 0.1-10wt.% of a monomer containing epoxy group, (A 3 ) 0.1-60wt.% of a cyanoalkyl (meth)acrylate expressed by formula (R 1 is H or methyl; R 2 is cyano-substituted alkyl) and (A 4 ) 0-50wt.% of a monomer copolymerizable with the above monomers with (B) 0.1-10 pts.wt., preferably 0.5-5 pts.wt. of a quaternary ammonium salt or a quaternary phosphonium salt. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio |
