| abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a decorative product guaranteeing safety by a method wherein a specified binder compsn. is poured onto a decorative material to form a composite material and the composite material is pressed and is cured by infrared irradiation, ultraviolet irradiation or solvent evaporation. CONSTITUTION: A binder compsn. contg. chemical substances selected from a group comprising a permeable polymer network compd. based on acryl/ urethane monomers, acrylovinyl/urethane monomers or epoxy/urethane monomers or methacryl/urethane monomers or styrene/urethane monomers, a compd. based on acryl, methacryl, silicone, styrene or allyl monomers or mixtures of these monomers or mixtures of compsn. of their polymers dissolved in solvents, a compd. based on epoxy monomers, a polyvinyl alcohol polymer dissolved in a solvent, a cellulose polymer dissolved in a solvent and mixtures thereof, is formed. A decorative product is prepd. by a method wherein the binder compsn. is poured onto a decorative material to form a composite material and the composite material is pressed under a pressure of 1-3 atm and the composite material is cured by infrared and/(or) ultraviolet irradiations or solvent evaporation. |
