titleOfInvention Intermediate film composition for vinyl chloride-based safety glass, intermediate film for safety glass using same composition and safety glass using same intermediate film
abstract PURPOSE: To improve light resistance and thermal stability, comprising a vinyl chloride-based copolymer, plasticizer and a specific heat stabilizer. n CONSTITUTION: 0.5-10wt.% at least one monomer selected from an ethylenebased hydrocarbon, a vinyl fatty acid, an acrylic acid ester and a vinyl ether is copolymerized with 1-10wt.% (meth)acrylic acid glycidyl ester and vinyl chloride to give a vinyl chloride-based copolymer. Then 100 pts.wt. of the copolymer is blended with 20-60 pts.wt. plasticizer (e.g. dioctyl phthalate) and 1-6 pts.wt. alkyltin-containing compound shown by the formula (R 1 to R 4 are 1-12C alkyl; R 5 to R 6 are 2-27C ester bond-containing organic group) to give an intermediate film composition for vinyl chloride-based safety glass. Then the composition is molded to give an intermediate film, through which two sheets of glass are laminated, pressurized and heated under 5-15kg/cm 2 by heating at 80-200°C and bonded under pressure to give safety glass. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
