PURPOSE: To improve blood half-life, fibrinolytic activity, fibrin affinity, and protease resistance, etc., by culturing a specific cultured zootic cell. n CONSTITUTION: A cultured zootic cell transformed with a manifestation vector having a DNA sequence coding tissue plasminogen activation factor derivative, having a fibrinolytic activity, losing amino acids from 65th to 89th or from 75th to 84th in an amino acid sequence of a natural type human tissue plasminogen activation factor produced in transformed cultured zootic cell CHO-K1 while glycosylated is cultured to provide the plasminogen activation factor derivative. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio |
