titleOfInvention Probe card
abstract PURPOSE: To prevent contactors from having a mutual short circuit by composing both ends of a contactor of conductors held on each probe card main body and making the external diameter of the part of each conductor which contacts a terminal to be measured larger than the external diameter of other parts. n CONSTITUTION: Top and upper cut parts 2 and 3 are formed in a housing 1 and fulcra 4 and 5, and 6 and 7 are provided; and grooves 11, 12...20, groove 21, 22...30, and grooves 31, 32...40 are provided at the respective fulcra and the positions of probe styli (contactor) are prescribed. The probe styli consist of high tensile steel wires 61, 61...70 and stainless steel sphere 71, 72...80, and those wires and spheres are plated with gold. Through holes are formed in the stainless steel spheres 71, 72...80 and the high tensile steel wires 61, 62...70 penetrate the holes. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
