titleOfInvention 1,4-dihydropyridine composition
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the title composition useful for circulatory diseases, increasing water-solubility, providing sufficient concentration in blood by blending a dihydropyridine derivative with a polyethylene glycol and a surfactant in a specific ratio, dissolving and uniforming. n CONSTITUTION: (A) 1 pt.wt. 1,4-dihydropyridine derivative [e.g. 2,6-dimethyl-4-(2- trifluoromethylphenyl)-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid 2-(4-chloro-6- methylquinoline-3-carboxy) ethylmethyl ester] shown by the formula (R 1 is nitro or trifluoromethyl; R 2 is lower alkyl; R 3 is 6-membered heterocyclic ring containing one N atom in the ring, may be substituted with O, halogen, OH, haloalkyl, etc., or further the group may be condensed with carbon homocyclic replaceable with lower alkyl, etc.) is blended with (B) 5-70 pst.wt. polyethylene glycol and (C) 1-70 pts.wt. surfactant having ≥12 HLB, dissolved and uniformed to give the aimed composition. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
