abstract PURPOSE: To enable a laminated board and copper plated laminate board with excellent heat resistance and fire resistance and having a stationary polyhedral shape to be manufactured by using as a base material thermosetting resin compounded at a specific rate with trisphosphate having excellent heat resistance as a flame retardant. n CONSTITUTION: Trisphosphate (tripromoneopentyl) phosphate is compounded at 5 - 40 pts. to 100 pts. of thermosetting resin. For the thermosetting resin, phenol resin or the like is employed, and paper or the like is used for a base material. A laminated board is obtained such that prepregs obtained by infiltrating and drying at a predetermined rate thermosetting resin varnish compounded as a flame retardant with trisphophate (tripromoneopentlyl) phosphate to a base material are combined at required sheets, and heat and pressure-molded then.
