titleOfInvention Electrolyte coating to electric conductor on which insulating thin film is formed
abstract PURPOSE: To form an electrolytically polymerized conductive high molecular film directly on an insulating thin film consisting of a dielectric oxide film and the like by using an ac current where a dc biased current is convoluted and a dc current where its current is turned on periodically or intermittently on the occasion of performing electrolytic polymerization. n CONSTITUTION: An element 6 which is made up by an Al sintered compact 1 and a lead wire 5 extracted from the sintered compact is immersed in an ammonium adipate aqueous solution. Then, voltage is impressed through the lead wire 5 and anodic oxidation is performed to form a dielectric oxide film layer 2. Subsequently, this element 6 is immersed in an acetonitrile solution 9 containing a pyrrole monomer and paratoluensulfonic acid and an ac current in which dc biased voltage 10 is convoluted is turned on so that negative voltage is not impressed between the lead wire 5 and a counter electrode plate 11 through the dielectric oxide film 2. Then, electrolytic polymerization allows its element to form a uniform polypyrrole conductive high molecular film 4. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
