titleOfInvention Immunoassay of human thrombin/anti-thrombin iii complex and measuring reagent and kit therefor
abstract PURPOSE: To enhance measuring sensitivity by specifying an anti-human thrombin polyclonal antibody with respect to human thrombin, human prothrombin and a human thrombin/anti-thrombin III complex and bonding the same to an insoluble carrier. n CONSTITUTION: The anti-human thrombin polyclonal antibody used in the immunoassay and measuring reagent of the human thrombin/anti-thrombin III complex in a human specimen is specified so that the dissociation constant to human thrombin is set to 2.5×10 -9 - 3.5×10 -9 M and that to human prothrombin is set to 4.5×10 -7 - 5.5×10 -7 M and that to the human thrombin/anti- thrombin III complex is set to 0.5×10 -9 - 1.5×10 -9 M. Further, the cross reactivity to human thrombin is set to 0.05% or less. Said polyclonal antibody is bonded to an insoluble carrier in a ratio of 2 - 25% of the saturation bonding amount thereof to the insoluble carrier. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
