titleOfInvention Method and device for immunological detection
abstract PURPOSE: To detect a material to be detected with a high sensitivity at a high speed by measuring the increase in fluorescent intensity arising from the partial substitution of the material to be detected which takes place at the time of adding the soln. of the material to be detected to the soln. which is previously mixed with the antibody specific to the material to be detected by conjugating a fluorescent extinctable material to the material which has no fluorescent extinctability and is to be detected. n CONSTITUTION: The fluorescent extinctable material, such as nitrobenzene, is conjugated with the material which has no fluorescent extinctability and is to be detected. The conjugate conjugated with the antibody is partly substd. with the material to be detected with a change in the equil. state when the material to be detected is added to the soln. mixture composed of the above- mentioned conjugate and the antibody specific to the material to be detected. The quantity of the substd. conjugate is in a correlation with the correlation quantity of the added material to be detected. The fluorescent intensity of the antibody successively decreased by the influence of the conjugate is reset by this substitution. The material to be detected is, therefore, detected or determined by measuring the increase of the fluorescent intensity. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
