abstract PURPOSE: To perform coating of a mold release agent at a time and a removal of a stuck urethane foam with a knife is made unnecessary, by a method wherein a plurality of mold release agent reservoirs into which the mold release agent is held are arranged on positions of supporting members such as a wire and frame to which the mold release agent is to apply. n CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane mold cushion is foamed integrally by fitting a wire and frame to a mold. In this instance, the title jig is constituted of a frame body 2, a platelike member 3, those connecting member 4 and a support 5. A plurality of mold release agent reservoirs 6, into which a mold release agent is held, are arranged on parts corresponding to fixed places of a holding member 1, that is, frame to which the mold release agent is to apply. A hose 7 to discharge the mold release agent is connected with the bottom of the mold release agent reservoir 6 and the other end of the hose 7 is connected with a vessel. Although the mold release agent is kept as it is held within the mold release agent reservoir 6 at the time of continuous casting of the same to a wire, when the same is not used for a long time, the same is returned to the vessel through the hose 7. Discharge of the mold release agent is performed by opening a cock fitted to the bottom part of the mold release agent or the upper part of the vessel. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
