NEW MATERIAL: A compound represented by formula I (wherein A denotes CH or N; X denotes H, alkyl, halogen, CF 3 , alkoxy, and the like, and Y denotes H, alkyl, alkoxy, and the like; R 1 denotes H or alkyl; R 2 denotes H, alkyl, aryl carbonyl, and the like; and R 3 denotes H, alkyl, aryl carbonyl, and the like, however, if A is CH, Y is H, R 3 is H and NR 1 R 2 is 2-amino, X is not H, 5-chloro, nor 5-bromo), or an acid-added salt thereof. n EXAMPLE: 2-(2-Amino-5-chlorophenyl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-indole. n USE: A remedy for various kinds of skin disorders. n PROCESS: A compound represented by formula I, wherein R 1 is H or alkyl, and R 3 is H with a double bond at the 2,3-position of the indole portion is obtained by the Fischer-indole synthesis reaction of a compound represented by formula II. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO |
